LADIES, we love this set by an unknown artist from the 1790s France. A fine academic artist who specialized in the romanticized male nude with Greco-Roman references. This is a framed piece. For true collectors with the cash can find these at antique shops in Paris. The artist gave us two models. One drawn from the front and the other showcasing a historical portrayal of a man’s back. Done with class, love, and respect for his work in the gym or from life. Many of these models were laborers and loved posing for artists.
