“The future is here. For some it’s stressful, scary, and not much fun. What is a functioning adult person, of the educated variety supposed to do? Relax and have a cocktail. Remember, if you drink enough alcohol you can “fly anywhere.” Oh well, a therapist would disagree. But “man up” or “woman-up” and move towards your goals. Remove the stress and focus on the future that you envision. Become an artist of your potential. Drink responsibly and don’t drive. The Yoda cocktail is the way to go. Remember what Yoda said about fear.Â
