HALLOWEEN ISSUE:
Hell Night is an awesome picture! It has aged well, and really doesn’t need a remake. However, our “crystal ball” says this may happen. But, the 1981 film stands the test of time and is lovely piece of horror cinema for those who like to think and watch sexy men. The love story should have been more solid; however, the acting of both Peter Barton and Linda Blair is excellent. Also, Vincent Van Patten, has the sexiest “man buns” of the early 1980s. His performance is excellent too.Â
It is a story of a frat initiation that has dire and dark consequences. The film is made for adults and is definitely a “grown folks,” film. We won’t spoil the rest. It’s a good film to add to your Halloween watchlist.Â
