Time to think about what you eat? Halloween is the “gateway drug,” to seasonal obese and bloat. Want to control calories? This is the time to think about what you put in your mouth and its impact on your body. 

Diets don’t have to be scary. Just know after Halloween, comes Thanksgiving, and then the Holidays. Then there’s those New Year’s parties. May be time to make a plan, set goals, hire a personal trainer if your budget affords, and control your cravings.
