ABOUT THE ARTIST:
Jean-Pierre Granger, was a successful and sometimes overlooked, French painter who worked in the Neo-Classical style. Having a deep love for Greco-Roman influences and the male and female figurative. He is primarily known for portraits (non-nude), history paintings and mythological scenes, but also created numerous religious works due to his devotion as a devout Catholic.Â
