We leave April and soon to enter May. Dreamers don’t give up if the first quarter didn’t go as you wished it. The cold sometimes can dampen those beautiful dreams. But a little heat always makes it better. Some tips for you are the following:
- Take time to exercise.
- Get rest. Put the devices down and have a good sleep.
- Eat healthy and consider hiring a personal trainer, if money and budget allows.
- Find love if SINGLE. If COUPLED, keep the loving going and have a lot of “good sex.”
- Plant a garden.
- Turn off the news, and only follow it in writing vs. watching it all the time.
