HALLOWEEN ISSUE:
We love this film and we would lovely say this is the best film of our current Halloween Issue and represents the theme of the issue. “Halloween for Grown Folks,” is our motto. This film is female friendly, gay friendly, with ample doses of mature cinematic storytelling that would satisfy our “lesbian chic” sisters, and men that fully identify as STRAIGHT. Regardless of your label, this film delivers beautiful men and bodies, and stories that are disturbing and may make you stop dating or have sex. Oh well, maybe this is the trick of conservatives now. To make horror films to scare people to be celibate. We know that talented directors of this series didn’t intend to do this.
Our favorite from the film is the short entitled “The Mother of Toads.” This film set in the border region of France. A young American couple stumble upon local traditions and discover the dark side of a legend. We won’t ruin it, but this film and all its stories are perfect for couples who want some spice with their entertainment, and you’re too old for mindless “slasher” movies. BEAUX HOMMES truly recommends this film.
