Use your time wisely. Its movement and liquidity, sometimes feels like magic. Casting spells that rob joy from you. Take your power back and send out love and creativity, not hate. Do the following this month:

1. Call friends.
2. Call loved ones.
3. Decorate your house for Halloween. 
4. Select your costume for the season.
5. Make a list for the goals you want to accomplish this last quarter of the year. Drink a tall cup of that pumpkin spice coffee.
