HALLOWEEN ISSUE: “Bump in The Night!”
This is a wonderfully creative low-budget Canadian horror gem from the 1970s. It’s one part erotic thriller and “cannibal cult glam.” Young women belong to a secret order that promotes and rewards cannibalism. Using their bodies and the “free love” ethos of the era, they easily seduce prey for the slaughter and their unholy appetites.
The film is full of color and campy behavior. It’s perfect for those in the “Creative Set,” looking for color theory inspiration for their artistic projects. Minus the eating of people of course. Have a safe and fun Halloween.
