Francis Cadell was a Scottish artist in the Colourist School. He renowned for his beautiful depictions of the elegant New Town interiors of his native city and home of Edinburgh, Scottland; and for his impressive work on beautiful island of Iona. Capturing the beautiful scenery and mystery of the fabled island in Scottish culture.
His work consisted of landscapes, portraits, interiors, decorative arts, and academic studies.
