So… a men’s magazine is interviewing me, ED FOYCHUK, for an article they wanted to publish. The BEAUX HOMMES staff were cordial and professional and I hope you; my followers, fans, and ladies worldwide appreciate me bearing my soul.

What do you think of my replies?

My replies…
  1. What do you consider sexy about you and why?
I will be honest, this one is a tough one to answer. Looking at myself and thinking I’m sexy is a strange concept. I can appreciate it when I see it in photos, or when I hear about it, but for myself, I just view myself as the junior high kid that liked to play Dungeons & Dragons.
  2. How do you define masculinity? As a single dad, I have given this a lot of thought. How I can show my daughter what a healthy man is? I think the first second and third things that are most important are simply being there for the ones that need you.
  3. What has modeling taught you about being sexy?  I think an important lesson from modelling has been to be comfortable in my own skin. To find out how I can project and present myself to give the look that I want put out there.
  4. What is a nice romantic date with a woman look like for you? I know people wanna hear about candlelight, wine, maybe even a bubble bath and a foot massage. And that’s all super important. But what’s most important to me is connection. The time in place and all those little details don’t matter if there’s not a connection.
  5. If you could be a color, what color and why? Black. It’s simple, it’s effective, it does what it needs to do.
  6. Do you like to show off your body for women? I’m gonna change that question to… Showing. Do I like women to see me? Yes. I have worked very hard on my body, and to me it’s part of my art. And I do appreciate showing my art.
  7. What has working on your body taught you about life? The gym has taught me that failure leads to growth. Your body, when it encounters failure, has a choice… Grow or fail. Truly fail. And because that isn’t an option, I make sure that growth is on the table.
  8. What’s next for your modeling or acting? I’d love to take on some larger movie roles. I also have a bit of a checklist for shoots that I would like to do… Now if only I knew someone with a camera. Lol.
  9. A lot of your photos feature Wolverine themes or motifs, why do you identify with this comic book character? Well, he’s Canadian, gruff, and is into redheads. I’m also a huge fan of the X-Men in general as it tackles issues regarding discrimination and prejudice. I’ve been a Marvel fan since my childhood.
  10. What’s your superhero power with women? I almost feel like I should leave one bit of mystery here. But I guess if I was to give a bit of a preview, it would have to do with my ability to oscillate between comforting, and a little bit more rough. 😉
