Everything you need to know about Irwin Allen’s The Lost World (1960)
We love this film. It has that “steampunk” 1930s feel. High-tech envisioned through the lens of early 20th century scientific discoveries. But then the film gives us that love of dinosaurs and the primitive world we all seek.Â
The acting and story are superb. Some of the F/X are dated, but they still make the movie. This is a sequel. For purists, we recommend seeing the first film in the series. The film is romantic and has a handsome male cast too. The movie is perfect for those of the creative set, who wish to be inspired by the dino-world of this film.
